Terms and Conditions
Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
A deposit of 50% will reserve a space and full payment must be received within 30 days prior to event. If registering within 30 days of event, full payment is due. Payment of deposit or full fee represents acceptance by the participant of these Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of payment and Registration form, you will be sent additional information regarding your specific event, including meeting time and location, accommodations (camping and /or motels) and suggested and required What to Bring list.
Cancellations and Refunds.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing or via email to Don Jackson Photography. Upon receipt of notification, Don Jackson Photography will issue full refunds less $50 cancellation fee for up to 60 days prior to event start date, 50% for notice received up to 30 days prior to event start date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date will be without refund. However, fees may be applied toward another Don Jackson Photography event (within six months of original event) at the discretion of Don Jackson Photography. don Jackson Photography reserves the right to cancel any event at any time and will issue a full refund of all monies paid by each participant. Don Jackson Photography is not responsible for any other arrangements or refunds.
Don Jackson, Special Guests and manufacturer's representatives are not responsible for or liable for services of transportation companies, other participants, restaurants, hotels / motels, photo labs or camera stores engaged for the event or recommended to participants.
Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk
I am aware that travel by any conveyance contains some inherent risks of illness, injury or death, which may be caused by negligence of myself, of others, forces of nature, or other agencies. I recognize that such risks may be present at any time during the Don Jackson Photography event that I am participating in. I am also aware that medical facilities and or services may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time on the event. I assume all risk of illness, injury or death, and release Don Jackson and Don Jackson Photography and its agents, including Special Guests and manufacturer's representatives, from all actions, claims, or demands for damages resulting from my participation in this event.
I have carefully read, thoroughly understand and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions of the event as detailed herein. I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and I have listed any personal conditions or limitations above. I have also carefully read, thoroughly understand and sign this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk on my own free will. I certify that I am of legal age.
